2007 Pontiac Torrent Overhearing.. The temperature gauge keeps going crazy. It will either not move or almost touch my gas gauge. I have changed the temp sensor and temp gauge. What do I do? Thanks

If there is no leaks anywhere you may,need to check your water pump and thermostat.

I've changed the thermostat not the temp gauge. It's not actually getting hot. It just isn't reading right :/

You said you replaced sending unit and gauge,did you replace wires to?

No I didn't replace the wires. This seems to be a common problem with this make and model. :/

Mind did the same and touched the gas gauge . My friend said to shut it off and then keep turning the key off and on and every time you do it it will start coming back down to O . Works every time for me when ever it does it . 2007 Pontiac Torrent . Garage said i needed a whole new cluster , and like i said when i do that it is good for long time . John.
