Depends is it a clutch fan? Electric fan? Neither? Because fan only stays on for 2 reasons either PCM is reading hot per one of the sensors or AC is on. Now the fan could be rigged!

I have a 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. When i turn the truck on regularly or with remote start within 15 seconds the fan cuts on and stays on until i turn the truck off. It runs pretty loud i think...
