my speedometer and oil pressure gauge not working any ideas what might cause this?

my oil pressure gauge stopped working and my speedometer works sometimes.changed oil sending unit .when i remove battery cable (hot) to reset everything speedometer works for a little while maybe a day or two then messes up again but the oil pressure gauge still shows maximum pressure reading.

Check the fuses to the instrument panel. Probably a 15amp.
check electrical speedometer wiring for a short circuit, check your vehicle speed sensor, check your ECM..
Mine does the same thing. Speedometer works right in summer not once it's cold. Oil gauge don't work. Look on the forums, it's a vehicle issue that they won't recall. Many different instrument panel gauges stop working
Yeah I think it bull that they won't fix it my dad's dose the same thing none of them work half the time
Try ground the battery better or change the battery
