Hi Alexander! Getting to a radio in today's vehicles can be a frustrating process. If you don't want to tap into your local dealer's expertise or hook up with a local auto audio shop (who will have access to this info) Try these guys at http://www.carstereohelp.com/stereoremoval.htm. They provide car stereo removal instructions online, usually for less than $5. They don't list Hummer on the site that I saw but it might be worth a shot anyway. Good luck!

loosen the shifter handle set screw, on the side facing the dash, remove the shifter handle. remove the center console bucket and lid, the screws are easily seen. pull the shifter surround straight up, it's held in with clips. once you have the bucket and surround out, you can see most of the screws holding the center console in, remove them. there are 2 screws under the rear seat stereo controls, in the little storage pocket, you'll need to remove them as well. pull the center console up and back, no need to remove it completely from between the seats. remove the 2 hex-head screws on the center dash panel, they're on either side of the a/c vents. pull the dash panel up and back, but not too hard. once the clips are loose, you'll need to disconnect the cig lighter power cables. once they're disconnected, set the panel aside and you should have free access to the stereo, climate control and on star components.
