Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a Kia Sportage diesel. It cranks over but does not want to start. There is diesel in
the fuel rail, so the injectors are not opening to my knowledge. I have changed the crank
position sensor and the camshaft sensor as well as the brake switch. But still no luck.
Can someone please help me sort out this problem?

Also failed to mention that when I spray starting fluid in the intake, it does start, so I must have a fuel problem.

I have a 2016 Kia Sportage kx3 2.0 crdi I've only owned the car 11 months and done 10,000 miles in it. In no way am I mechanically minded and therefor request any and all info. Was driving last night as normal doing 40 mph hear a slight ticking noise on accelerating it went 2 mins later a fairly loud pop and loss of all power now car won’t start it will crank but. Not start. Someone had mentioned possibly fuel injectors and refuelling problem. The previous owner was an independent car sales man/trader it had full Kia approved services previous however he carried out a normal service not approved Kia at 25,000 as ive only owned the car 11 months and covered 10,000 miles it was due it’s first service next month. Any ideas ?
