description is not very clear, but if the pedal is sluggish, you might need to bleed it. Might check linkages to make sure they are lined up right. There is a slave valve and a master valve on the clutch since it is hydraulic so there are chances to get air in the line there... Check that out and see. Post a more detailed question and can make better diagnosis for you.. Good luck!
