i have a scion tc 2007 and it has orange LED lights inside and i hate that color and i wondering if that can be changed to a diff color??

Yea it is possible to change those ugly orange lights, and it's really easy to do if you have basic soldering knowledge. Check out www.garage1217.com, they have all the stuff you need to do it yourself and they'll also do it for you if you can't. I'll try to post up some pics of my led swap later.
