Can u trickle charge a CTS battery?

2008 CTS that sat for 3 weeks in garage. Now cant getbfront dors open -nothing" no
lights inside, etc...

Normally you can trickle charge any battery. However, if it has a bad cell(s) - this can happen to any age battery - it will not hold a charge and needs to be replaced.
