2008 Ford Escape xlt automactic 4wheel drive-not working
My 2008 Ford Escape xlt is automatic 4wheel
drive.. I have brand new snow tires on it and I was
slipping and sliding all over the road. Could it
automatic sensor be broken?
The 4 wheel drive is controlled by a computer which needs information from the 4 wheel sensors 1 on each wheel , Make sure to inspect the reader ring on each CV Shaft to make sure that there are no broken or missing teeth on the rings that the sensors read ,If so the CV shaft will have to be replaced , The cheapest place I've found for the wheel sensors is ( www.rockauto.com ) Good Luck
