With out getting technical - You can usually hear it. Radio off Windows up turn the key to the on position you should hear the relay click on for 3 seconds and shut off.( supposed to hear the pump too ) If you hear the click and no buzz the pumps dead - If you hear no click the relay is not working or has no power. Good Luck
The relays are in a box in the engine compartment by the battery. The horn relay and fuel pump relay are the exact same type, so if you're horn works fine, switch them and see if anything changes with the fuel pump.
On Mine it's the wiper relay that's the same Does anyone know what the pressure is supposed to be at the fuel rail check valve?
Just did mine and at the fuel rail engine running it was 52 pounds ==== turning over was about 35 by the time i got to view the gauge it doesnt have a hold feature :(
