bought second hand they had cut heater hoses as well as removed thermostat. i replaced
therm. fixed leaks in hoses also replaced water pump still no luck temp. rises and blows
water back out res. there is no radiator cap to test radiator only reservior

Seems a lot of these cars have cylinder liner issues? Most info I have found says to do a pressure test. (With spark plugs removed) Let it sit for several hours. Then check each cylinder for coolant in it. They say most likely its the inner ones that typically have the liner issues.(2,4,3 & 5). Hope this helps.
