2008 chrysler sebring ac clutch will not disengage even after pulling electrical lead

Is there a ac clutch relay? If so where is it located

If it is seized up then either the gap is too small or there is some kind of damage to the clutch. You may need to replace the compressor. If it won't disengage with the wire pulled then it is not an electrical issue.
