Supercharge my 2008 pontiac grand prix gt

Asked by Jadeskye Oct 02, 2017 at 03:02 PM about the 2008 Pontiac Grand Prix

Question type: Car Customization

Just wondering what cars would have a similar
engine i could steal to supercharge it. Or if it is
even possible to do it with out spending a whole
bunch.

I dont know much about cars but i looked at the engines in a bonneville ( 2005 ) and pontiacs and they dont have the same engine as my 2008. Are the engines compatible in both cars?

It is not even possible without spending a bunch of money. Unless you plan on doing it yourself (but you said you do not know much about cars). Installing a different engine requires modifications which cost a lot if you are paying a shop to figure it out.

I can check out the engine again later its probably that but its only a 3.8l and the one in the bonneville is bigger with more cylanders not sure if that makes a difference. My dad is a mechanic and can put it together for me he just said i hve to find the right stuff on my own..
