2008 chevy aveo 4d ls

I have a 2008 chevy aveo and it goes like
15mph and no faster then that unless I go
down hill.  Dose anyone know why it could
be doing this?

the basics for problems at higher rpms is to check for blockage of some kind. The first two things I think of are fuel and exhaust. Your air filter is ok? Use a gage and check proper fuel pressure. Check for a clogged exhaust. If rpms are high but your not going anywhere, you may need to check tranny. Any applicable trouble codes? Just my opinion.

I had the same problem. I replaced the throttle valve body assembly and fixed the problem.
