2003 chevy Silverado 1500 has had evap and O2 sensor not ready. cant test for emissions inspection sticker

My chevy has cant pass inpection. I was told everything is OK its just coming
up as "not ready" in the computer. The O2 and Evaporator. Ive replaced the
O2s still the same thing. Mechanics told me that they are OK but just not ready
so it must be the PCM. I got a new one had it reprogramed and nothing
changed. Its had some electrical issues. I had to replace air bag module also.

How many miles did you drive before having it emission tested? Your truck must go through a certain amount of drive cycles before the "readiness monitor" resets and indicates it can be tested.

Is there a check engine light on? If so have you had the code read? And what would be the code.
