could be faulty oil pressure sending unit,gauge,wiring issue,fuse,or weak oil pump and clogged screen.

Silverado's have had a problem with their dash clusters. Your gauges will probably quit working one at time. They are very easy to replace even if your not a mechanic. My 2003 4x4 all it took was 4 screws and pull out and disconnect the wire connector and then just reverse and it won't change the mileage on it, the computer will handle that.
