Ford Expedition 2008

Asked by Elaine Apr 22, 2017 at 07:51 PM about the 2008 Ford Expedition

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I was driving My expedition and it started
making a noice like I ran over something
and when I push on the gas it takes a
second to go. I don't see anything under
the vehicle. Any ideas? My husband can fix
about anything but diagnoses is not his
cup of tea

Something with a wheel maybe? Usually in the front. Check for bad wheel bearings or a frozen up brake caliper. If this doesn't sound like it then if you could give more details, like is it with the engine? Do you hear a hissing sound? Stuff like that.
