My Car won't turn over

I have a 03 suburban and it will not start. It just
keep on making a clicking sound but it won't start.
The lights and radio does come on though, and it
has a new battery.

EXACTLY CHECK ALL YOUR CONNECTIONS BUT DONT EVER TAP ON YOUR STARTER THIS CRACKS THE MAGNETS INSIDE AND RUINS THE STARTER
