Help! ‘08 Camry low coolant p0301

So the other day I was driving when I turned the
corner and went to accelerate, my car wouldn’t rev
above 3000 rpm and all the lights on the dashboard
lit up. I pulled over to turn my car off and look under
the hood. All I really know how to do is replace any
fluids and I noticed coolant was low. No lights were
on when I restarted my car and everything seemed
fine. Refilled the coolant and went to autozone
where they were able to pull the code p0301. I’ve
had no problems driving the past 2 days and I can’t
get to a mechanic until Monday at the soonest. Any
ideas what may be wrong??? Please help!!!
