2007 Nissan Rogue... After about an hour on the highway, the car started decelerating, refusing to accelerate to high speed. No dash lights on. Pulled over and turned car off. Turned it back on and it ran fine, though at this point was not on the highway. Any ideas? This has happened twice now.

I don't know the source of your problem but the CVT in your car is a problem which may be repaired for free by Nissan.
