replaced maf sensor; replaced ignition switch replaced the board with all the
soldered things on it(sorry don't know the terminology) battery is good.  Have
lights, dash, horn  . My car is sitting in our yard for two months now and winter
is coming.  I can hear something engage, but have no click, nothing

Why are you replacing parts when you don't know what's wrong with it? First step is to scan it for trouble codes. Have you done that?
