2003 trailblazer a/c and pick up problems.

Asked by ryless01 Jul 27, 2010 at 01:36 PM about the 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

When my car is warmed up my pick up is definitely missing. it comes and goes
everytime i drive. It feels like it starts in the higher gear and struggle to get up to
speed. i am afraid of what is to come but wonder if anyone else has this problem.

#2 My a/c blows cool air for a bit then turns hot. the pressure level is above the
normal reccommended dosage. any answers to what it could be?

Thanks in advance.

you may need to have the tranny serviced, filter and fluid, scensors cheched. for the ac your orfice tube may need replacing,if your ac is over charged this will also happen let out some 134a not much and see what happends, its better to be a little low than over charged.

Your pick up problem, when was the last time the throttle body was cleaned? 5 minute job, does wonders for power and fuel consumption.
