U codes?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I bought a key fob remote and programmer today. The programmer is used in the OBD port. after I programed my new Key Fob. my check engine light came on and I got 6 codes. U2107 u2106 u2105 u0073 u0100 u0101. I looked up the meaning for these codes but do not understand what lost communication with body system control means??

It mean the Ecm/AKA/brain is gone crazy,and may need to be put in a mental instutsion,and replaced with a new one.

Or a dealer may can give it shock therapy,and knock some since back in to it.
