A few weeks ago I was driving and my whole car started to shake. It felt like I had a flat. So I pulled over and checked, and my tired were fine. When I tried to go my car wouldn't accelerate over like 30mph. After about four times of pulling over and turning it off it started to accelerate. I took it to the shop they said nothing was wrong. Yesterday I was driving and after I got done driving up a big hill it started to not want to accelerate again. I have a 02 impala. What's wrong with it? Help please!!!

alot of things could be wrong, failing ingnition components, fuel injector(s), trans problem, clogged cat. Do you have a check engine light? does it flash or stay solid? Any more info would be great

The light stays constant but it use to flash. When I took it to the shop they hooked it up to the computer and they said no codes came up that would need to be fixed right away

flashing check engine light means a servere miss fire, which would have needed to be adressed. If you could get a list of the codes it has that would help us figure it out

I don't have a list of the codes... The people at the shop told me none of the codes were anything that could be causing it.
