After replacing battery, radio won't turn on

Sounds like your radio is locked out,you can call the dealer to give you a phone number to call gm and they will ask you questions about the radio so you need to be in the car when you call them. Or bring it to the dealer, for a charge they will reset it. Its a theft deterant.
