Can we put 16" wheels on our '02 Suburban Z71? (It has 17" on now)

Asked by Becky Oct 08, 2015 at 11:35 AM about the 2002 Chevrolet Suburban

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I just bought a 2002 Chevy Suburban Z71 that has 17" wheels on it, but the
tires are worn.  The seller included wheels and snow tires that are 16".  Can I
use these for a few months?

Yes you could, and just check on the side of the drivers door to see what size is to be on there. 17 to 16 shouldn't be a problem...
