2002 tahoe - 2 brake lights dont work. Cargo light does. Changed the brake light switch. Still no power to lower 2 brake lights. Bulbs and fuses are good.

It could be a grounding issue. I would also check for a box not far from the tail lights that all the wires go into that may have some breaks in the wires. I have had to change out the box before because of loss of lights.

there is a circuit board with 2 or 3 plugs under the driverside in the rear of the vehical. plugs get corroded or the board just burn out. you may want to check there..
