2008 Tahoe 3rd brake light not working, ALL fuses good

My 2008 Tahoe I just bought and the 3rd brake light on back window does not
work. ALL fuses are good.  does it have individual bulbs inside of it or is it a
sealed light????  I know its a chore to take it off

It's sealed with LED on the inside. I've been trying to replace the 3rd brake light on my '05 Tahoe. I've been pulling them from LKQ, but none of them have worked. It's getting power to the plug that actually plugs into the light housing, but it's not going any farther than that.
