You should have center high-mount brake lite and lower rear brake lites, do any of them work?

Note the diagram, not only check those fuses, I see three fuses, but, use a test light and check voltage at fuses. The top fuse on the left is hot all the time, orange wire carries voltage to brake switch, when brake switch is activated, the white wire becomes hot and carries voltage to the other two fuses. The brake switch should be activated by the brake pedal arm. Check voltage and ground circuits.
