Is it bad that I can only get 100 miles on a full tank of gas in
my 02 Trailblazer? What can I do to fix it?

I6 engine?? Yeah 100 miles per tank is beyond horrible, at minimum, should get double that. Like previously suggested, assuming you have no check engine lights, fuel filter, air filter, injector cleaner. New AC Delco 41-103 plugs, and clean your throttle body with a sensor safe spray like Seafoam, with fuses #10 and #28 removed.
