02 trailblazer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I I have a 2002 trailblazer and the p1481 code is on
the computer. The car shifts from 1 to 2 fine but
when going to 3rd it kind of feels like it's being
forced. A friend our ours said it has a bad harness
but he's not a good mechanic. What does it sound
like to you the rpm are in between 4 and 5 when
driving about 70 Mph
