2008 Dodge Charger

My 2008 Dodge charger is misfiring so i
had it put on one of those machines and it
says its my #2 spark plug so i had all 6
changed. What else may cause this but
didn't show up on machine when tested.
Also i kno depending on the type of vehicle
the meaning can vary so exactly what
causes the ESP/BAS light to come on in a
charger?
