How do I remove cruise control cable from the tb?

I turned the tb to release tension on the cable, but I still cannot figure out how to slip the cable out!

If its got that black plastic that goes over the nipple it just slides off. The other type is identicle to the pedal cable. The throttle has to be opened all the way and the cable slides through the slot. If you can't figure it out post a pic.
