The issues first begin with no gas gauge no heat
no cruise control no windows sometimes they anti-
theft security light would come on as well as the
check engine light I was driving down the road and
all of a sudden the power just quit and died I tried
to start it and all it would do was crank it wouldn't
turn over what's the problem

Make sure battery has a full charge and connections all good. Have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. Then, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. Any applicable trouble codes? All I can do is help with testing.
Just to add, I did notice a couple of components you listed get ignition feed, goes hot with the key on, power windows and cruise. That made me wonder about your ignition switch or voltage to and from the switch.
I keep trying to think that maybe it's the anti-theft security system if that's the case it would it do all that
Your security system shouldn't have anything to with cruise or power windows or anything electrical. Passlock security system is usually fuel injector disable, only. Just my opinion.
