i left the keys in ignition, with auxilary turned, now car will not start but inside light comes on and so does headlights, Ignition will not even click when turned

Sounds as if you drained the battery, have you tried to jump the car???

Been there and done that. You drained the battery enough to not crank, leaving just enough juice left to turn on lights.Agree with Cometguy.
