Engine swap

Yes, you can probably get it will fit. The problem is there is a large amount of work required when you replace a different size engine in a vehicle. Motor mounts, exhaust system, transmission, emissions, gauges, wiring, computer, etc. All of this needs to be figured out. If you are paying a garage to figure all this out, it will be a very expensive endeavor.
True I know what your saying. But both are 3.8l 3800 series engines. From what I've read it should bolt right up to the engine shouldn't it. I mean it's the same engine. Just one has a SC. Would it make that big of a difference if they are basically the same engine. I understand changing the ECU and maybe some wiring. But shouldn't the mounts be the same and use the same exhaust essentially?
