Clusters are probably the least DIY part of any vehicle. Beyond replacing burned out bulbs, you've got to go with someone certified to work on clusters- it keeps folks from rolling back mileage and such. Outside of dealers I've only found one good place, and they're great to work with so I'm sure they can help you figure out if its something that can be fixed or not. Give 'em a call. https://www.instrumentclusterstore.com/Chevrolet_instrument_clusters.htm
