First check the wires to make sure they look ok (obvious damage or bare wire). I had this problem with my turn signal not working. Fuses were good but it would not light up. All I had to do was unplug the wire that went into my computer and plug it back in. There must be a bad connection somewhere so I would try and follow the wires and just unplug and plug connections that you can. Might not help but it's not going to hurt anything.

Did you check the AC compressor clutch relay? Hondas (AC relays) are known for going bad.
