Start by checking for fuel flow and fuel pressure, blown fuses and relays.
Won't run or won't crank over? If the engine is cranking over fine but won't start there are only two possible causes....no fuel or no fire. To check these disconnect air hose from throttle body and get someone to crank the engine over, squirt some carburetor cleaning fluid into the throttle body, if the engine tries to start ..the problem is lack of fuel...if nothing happens it is an ignition problem. Fuel problem: check fuel pressure at the input to the fuel rail, this test checks the fuel pump, fuel filter and fuel lines at the same time. If the pressure is too low you'll have to check those items individually. If the pressure is good the fuel regulator is probable good so then check the fuel injectors and the control voltages. A complete lack of spark in more than likely a fuse in the ignition system.
I'm having the same problem I replace the fuel filter and now it will not start I tested everything put a new fuel pump in no fuel getting to the fuel rail does anybody have a clue what this is
