thxs for the reply ,I have just recently contacted the Nissan corporation
regarding this matter,after the 2nd trani ,i got ahold of Nissan and they
did replace the trani with a new CVT 10 yr warrenty or 100,000 miled
whatever cms first .The car was only 2 yrs old less than 20,000
miles,Now the cvt tranis gone out cars 4 yrs old ,did everything i was
suppose to keep it maintained at 3,000 miles,have only a NISSAN
certified tech work on it The car had a engine light cm on took it for a
check-up the dealership said it was a bad battery,so needless to say
2 weeks later between Arizdesert 117 degree temp and Calif,the car
just stopped .Got it to a Nissan dealership and behold it was the .,cvt
trani that went out ,Now in in touch with the Nissan corporation a 4th
tranis in but a remanufactored 1 yr warranty or 12,000miles ,With the
history of this brandnew car only had 3 miles when i bought it,mind u,i
am waiting for a response regarding a bye back ,but i am also
considering looking into the lemon law thxs again for the feed back
