yes, Volvo makes the 3.2 liter v6 engine... The xc90 has it

I belive the 3.2L is a Volvo motor. It is used the XC90 and a couple other models.

Have researched for this info, due to interest in buying one. Volvo's use a straight six engine that is made by Ford. Ford has owned Volvo since 1999. Source: Wikipedia (Ford S16), Motor Trend, Volvo Cars.com

you mean to tell me that 2011 s80 with the 3.2 motor is actually a ford motor,if so that explains why i had two engines replaced before I had 68000 miles on the dash.
