Truck won't shift and speed doe dosent work

I just changed my transfer case in my 99
Tahoe and now it won't shift and the
speedo doesn't work why? I already
changed the back speed sencer help
please

You either damaged the wiring or connector to the speed sensor or the transfer case doesn't have the reluctor ring for it to read. What year model transfer case did you get? But for sure you arnt getting your vss signal
