How do you remove the ignition tumbler on this car
it's in the dash not the steering column

I would look for a clip or nut behind the dash.

is there a very small hole in the face of the cylinder? if there is put a small pick into the hole and it should release the cylinder.

should be able to unscrew bezel around ignition counter clockwise and ignition should come out
