My 98 cav 2.4 I pulled the 10 amp fuse (cluster) and it was okay I put it back and it keeps blowing when I insert it. I ahve disconnected the neg bat cable and tried that but to no avail. whats up

sounds like there is a short to the circuit somewhere on that circuit

Yeah whatever that fuse is for, it should say somewhere, from there you can pin point a corrosive spot or maybe even a bad relay. But you should focus on the area or the things that are connected to the fuse
