What would cause my 96 blazer not to run?

Asked by Mary Feb 22, 2015 at 10:44 AM about the 1995 Chevrolet Blazer

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I own a 1996 Chevy Blazer.  Problem started when we filled it up.  It stalled out on a full tank of gas.  Under a half a tank it would run fine.  Now it stalls out all the time.  We have replaced the spider, ICM, spark plugs, wires, fuel pressure regulator, coil, EGR, distributor, tested fuel pressure - it's fine, battery is fine, crank shaft sensors replaced. Any suggestions of what to try next?  It's not throwing any codes.

fuel.filter or/and fuel filter sock.on the.pump. sounds like when u fill it up youre stirring up sediment or junk in the gas tank...with time that stuff settles back to the bottom. with more time its stopped up your pump filter sock is what i think...pain in the ass to fix and the parts is around 125.
