No heat T-stat changed heater core
good flush was done ( ac
disconnected) blower only works on #4
blows cold air .... checked rad lines all
good the rear heater is disconnected
as it didn't work when we bought
vehicle

Only blowing on position # 4 indicates a possible problem with the blower resistor. Can be checked with multi-meter set to ohms. Cold air only would indicate a problem with the blend door. Explorers are known for this problem. Check the net, there are tons of videos on the subject.
