2005 Explorer 5 speed automatic

139,000 miles on it. Transmission needs replacing I think...O/D light flashing,
service engine soon light on, check transmission light all came on at the same
time. Minutes before the lights, I noticed when I put it in reverse there was a
clunk. With the age of the car, and the miles, is it worth fixing?

Fixing it is up to you if it has ben good to you. Should stop at a trany shop and have them check it out. They would read the codes and let you know if it needs rebuilding or just some solenoids that may need replacing.
