Jerking and vibration upon acceleration???

i have a 1987 model 5.2 rwd, and upon acceleration the car jerks, and vibrates hard depending on how much throttle is bieng applied, especially from a stop the car vibrates, and jerks then sometimes smoothens out.--sometimes when i brake, and half way throttile it, it jerks and vibrates the right dashboard really hard....and also when im riding on bumpy pavement or going over a speed bump, i hear alot jingling coming from the underside. what could these problems be?

How many miles are on the car? And I am assuming that it is an automatic, The jerkey acceleration is usually a sign of wearing seals in an automatic transmission.
