You'll rub the ball joint. I run 255 65 r17, barely clears the ball joint. Here's the max sizes: 245/70/17 = 30.50" diameter 255/65/17 = 30.05" diameter 265/65/17 = 30.56" diameter 285/60/17 = 30.46" diameter

Anything is possible, but short answer is no. 12 wiring is completely different, everything electrical is different.
