Breaking up between 5000 and 6000 rpm

Howsit guys i have a opel kadett 1.4
The car revs clean untill 5000rpm then starts
breaking up...
I did fuel pump fuel filters spark plugs and new coil
pack running out of ideas can anyone assist me
